A lot of organizations have a well established process for driving new product development but few a comfortable working with the phase that comes before that – the front end. Process regarding front end innovation often challenges policy, culture and existing routines.

Well, it is not supposed to be comfortable working in the front end. But having ambitions of being a market leader it is vital. It is in the front end that new opportunities are discovered and exciting breakthroughs are created.

We want to make it easier and faster for organizations to work with their front end. That is why we created a small and agile agency of cross-disciplinary freelancers. We are fuelled by designthinking and come with a user centered approached, a flexible process and a broad set of tools.
